Hey guys!
It’s Saturday today and I literally do not want to leave the house.
It’s just one of those days were I just want to putter around the house and gather strength for the upcoming week.
I totally need a day like this EVERY week!
Anyway, I wanted to show you how, despite what people usually may think, you do not have to spend a lot of money to look super chic or super stylish. You can totally pull of a stunning outfit with a minimum budget. FYI, one of my favourite outfits is also one of the cheapest ones I got! So, no. You don’t have to be rich to look good – just work with what you’ve got!
I think that there is no ugly woman there are just women who don’t put in much effort on looking good. Which in my opinion is unfortunate. Because every woman should feel good about herself and make sure she looks her best. Some women have no idea how good they might feel about themselves if they would just put some lipstick on or take a moment to decide what outfit they should wear or even put on those sexy black heels they’ve got in the back of their closet.
In this post I’m going to show you one of my favourite outfits I told you about and one of the cheapest.
First of all, what do you think of culottes?
I actually didn’t really like them on myself until just recently when I found one which fit me perfectly. Just a little bit of history, the French word culotte is (a pair of) panties, pants, trousers derived from the French word culot, meaning the lower half of a thing, the lower garment. Culottes were originally the knee-breeches commonly worn by gentlemen of the European upper-classes from the late Middle Ages or Renaissance through the early nineteenth. Fancy right?
Enough history, let’s talk 2017.
So, I bought my pair of culottes at “Twenty-Six” for like 50 NIS which is pretty cheap and they’re just so chic and so comfortable I am absolutely IN LOVE with them! Their dark green colour is one of my favourite. They actually make me look pretty tall and slim and they are perfect for any outing whether it’s a cocktail party or just going out with some friends. The first time I actually wore them was when I received my Excellence award at work, it is needless to stay I look just Fab!
I matched them with this white one-sleeved body suit and my beige high heels along with this super fashionable wooden bag I got on ebay. And of course my favorite watch by Marc Jacobs I wear ALL THE TIME.
This look in total is to die for in my opinion especially considering the price!
I absolutely love it and hope you guys love it too!
